This was the signature piece in my recent (6/22) solo show at Perry & Carlson. ‘Pond Bodies (Space Buns)’ is a more color saturated and busy composition compared to other recent pieces. This is a one of a kind original painting signed by the artist within the painting and titled, dated and signed in addition to the back side.

The activity in the pond changes the feeling from the focused contemplative to more dealing with the daily distractions that surround us, whether in or out of the water.

Size is about 24” x 29” high and as with many of these pieces has been back-painted on glass using an old craftsman era window as the starting point. The wood window frame has been trimmed and repainted, but with signs of age left intact. A braided metal wire is attached to the back with d-rings for conventional hanging.
