Orbit Crossing 1

A new watercolor piece - the ‘Astrolabe’ of the previous blog post was either a study for this or perhaps this is a study for the sculpture that came first. In any event, they’re related.

Painted with watercolor and acrylics on heavy weight (300lb) cold press Arches paper. The painting has a deckled edge which has been cropped out of these shots.

As an experiment, I’ve started offering some of my pieces on the Saatchi web site. This is the third piece that I’ve placed there this week.
