3 Cart Pile-Up
The shopping carts in the neighborhood serve the homeless as much as the big box shoppers. You find them abandoned in side lots, bramble patches, and turned over on the sidewalks. You also see them piled high with the random detritus of the neighborhood, now deemed important by the weary person dutifully pushing them along.
