low - high
It’s funny when I try to guess what people will consider significant enough to purchase. This piece was something that was never done to my satisfaction, more of a study for something more refined. But it’s as far as I got with it and put it aside, no other versions exist. It’s been in my wife’s office for a bit and today someone made the move to buy it.
The painting still has some significance for me, but an artist can never predict what someone else will read into the work, and it’s that unknowability that’s one of the best things about any form of art.
