It was quite by accident that I received a small order for some of my art cards from the buyer for the Seattle Art Museum store. I had made some up late last year so I’d have something to offer at my studio buildings holiday event, but after that hadn’t much thought about them. At this small scale, the labor and costs that goes into them is far more than any return, but I decided that a few in the right places make OK promotions for my paintings, so maybe worth doing. Just about as close as I’ve ever come to having something in our local museum.
